RETURNS/ EXCHANGE
We do not offer returns or exchange unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@suhajo.com with 360 degrees opening video attachment from beginning (fully packed) to end without any cuts in between of the incorrect or damaged product and show the damage in the same video. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Couriers are 3rd party, we shall not be liable for any loss incurred due to any kind of interaction between courier partner and the customer. The delivery boy never asks you for any personal bank account or card details, so NEVER share any details with the courier partner.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hrs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, don't forget to mail us with an attachment of the product picture you have received, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUND
Once the order has been successfully placed on website, it cant be cancel/modify in any situation. However, if any product is missing then contact us at info@suhajo.com to initiate a refund process.
